What Motivates You?

Are you somebody that finds it easy to motivate themselves or do you prefer some assistance from sources outside yourself, say your family, friends or co-workers?

Taking some time to think about this can be really helpful when you’re setting out to achieve your goals.

If you are someone that benefits from having a cheer squad in your corner, then really use that to your advantage.  If, for example, you’re looking to lose weight you tell your trusted friends or family members what your plans are and how you are entrusting them with helping you.  Give them their own ‘tagline’ to use when they can see you’re making progress or need a boost.

When working towards your goals it’s important to surround yourself with people who love you, want the best for you and will support you along the way.

So get your team in place and you’ll be well on your way!
