Baby You Can Drive My Car

If your body was a car, what kind of car would it be?

Are you a sleek and sexy sports model or more of a comfortable, big family car?

Does your vision of how you see yourself match up to what you consider to be attractive, desirable or hot?

Are you the kind of car your partner loves to take out for a joy ride?

OK – this may sound silly but just think about it for a moment.

We can wax lyrical about the attributes and features of our cars for hours.  We spend so much time washing, polishing and caring for our car’s exterior.  And let’s just think about how we fuel our cars.  Whatever grade of petrol you choose to buy, you still only ever put petrol in – not sugar, not lard – just petrol – because that ‘s what your car requires to run beautifully and consistently and for a long time.

So why would you treat your body worse that you treat your car?

Your body is your vehicle.  You need it to run, to get you to places, to roar, to zoom!  Fuel it with the best.  Treat it with care.  Love it and it will love you back.

Vroom, vroom!
